We have carried out a complete interior renovation of the largest hotel in Zagreb, which extends over nineteen floors.
The current owner of the hotel is the Adris Group with its subsidiary Abilia. In the past, the hotel operated under the different names, but this time it was brought back to life under the new brand Maistra City vibes, namely Hotel Zonar. It is a hotel with three hundred rooms, six modern halls, a restaurant, a lobby bar and a terrace. On the roof of the hotel there is a roof-top bar with a swimming pool. Conceptually, the complex is designed as a city hotel.
Stilles, as one of the main partners in the renovation, took care of the manufacture and supply of all the interior equipment and certified doors for the rooms and public areas of the hotel. The work was carried out on all nineteen floors.
The renovation concept was designed by the well-known Zagreb office – Studio UP – which deals with projects in the field of modern architecture and urban planning and has already received several awards for its creative work, the most important of which is the Mies Van Der Rohe award.
