Last week we signed a contract to produce the interior design for a boutique hotel with 30 rooms in the centre of Ljubljana.
Currently, we have started the development work for the room furnishing and it is also planned the delivery of the furniture for the public part of the hotel and the restaurant in the second phase.
At Stilles, we will prepare the complete technical documentation according to the Design & Build principle. First and foremost, this means that with a team of experienced architects, designers and colleagues who are responsible for the execution activities, we will manage all phases of the project, from the design concept to the execution work on the building.
It is worth mentioning that we integrated the Re: NEW surface protection solution into the project, which is resistant to scratches.
The use of Re: NEW coating on the furniture in the public part of the hotel ensures sustainable solutions and the functional benefits of this technology.
We will also manufacture and install fire- and sound-insulating entrance doors, for which we have conducted tests at the German institute IFT Rosenheim, as well as interior bathroom doors.
We are supposed to complete the implementation of the project by the beginning of December 2023.
