A new business district called City Island is being built at the southern entrance to Zagreb, transforming the Buzin district into a modern, self-sufficient environment. The first phase has been completed with the construction of business premises, a hotel and premises for additional services, with two more to follow. The entire project with the construction of half-buried parking garages and eight additional office buildings is expected to be completed in 2026.
The investor, for whom we have already furnished the hotel in 2019, which now operates under the name Mövenpick, has chosen this location to build a new premium class hotel of the Accor Group. The Pullman Zagreb hotel will thus have convenient and quick access to motorways, proximity to the airport and excellent infrastructure.
