In the past few weeks, we have signed a contract and already started preparations for the production and delivery of the interior fittings for the suites and the public areas of the hotel complex Paragraph Golf & Spa Resort Tabori Hill in Tbilisi, Georgia. The resort is part of the Marriott hotel chain, more specifically the Autograph Collection brand.
It is a multi-purpose leisure complex above the old city centre, next to the Tbilisi Botanical Garden. The resort will include a luxury hotel with 177 rooms, a golf course, a clubhouse, various sports facilities, restaurants and cafés. The project will be connected to the Paragraph Convention Centre and Paragraph Luxury Collection Hotels via a cable car link, allowing visitors to reach the resort from the city centre in just 10 minutes by environmentally friendly public transport.
The complex covers an area of 17,000 m² and the project extends over an area of 40 hectares, of which only 2% will be occupied by the hotel and golf course, the rest being used for recreation. It will be the largest recreational area in Tbilisi open to the public.
The modern design of the multi-purpose recreation complex, inspired by the natural landscape, is thoughtfully integrated into the natural appearance of the area. The hotel is designed in wooden tones that blend into the idyllic landscape and give guests a sense of harmony with the surrounding nature. Innovative materials of the highest quality were used in the construction of this modern project.
Stilles takes care of all the technical and production documentation and also handles the installation and supervision of the property’s interior. The design project for the hotel was prepared in the studio of HAT Design Lab, a renowned French interior designer Anne-Marie Sabatier Robert from Paris, with whom we have already collaborated on more prestigious hotel designs under the Marriott franchise.
The Paragraph Tabori hotel and golf club on the Tabori plateau is scheduled to open in autumn 2024.
