This is a young hotel chain that is opening its third hotel in Vienna, or the second in the city centre. In this case, in addition to the recognizable playful design, they have also integrated the concept of environmentally friendly hotel stay, creating the Bio-Hotel Schani Wienblick Wien. They use renewable energy sources, moreover the interior equipment is made of organic and environmentally friendly materials, they offer organic, seasonal food from fair trade markets and natural cosmetics in the restrooms. The opening of two more larger hotels is planned for 2024/2025, in Vienna and Munich. In 2018/2019, we have already equipped the Hotel Schani Salon in the centre of Vienna for the above-mentioned chain.
For the Bio-Hotel Schani Wienblick, we have created the complete technical documentation for the implementation in Stilles, while the design project was created by the internationally renowned architecture and interior design studio Archisphere from Vienna. Stilles will take care of the complete interior equipment of the twenty-one rooms and the public areas. We will also supply curtains and some free-standing furniture.
The installation works are currently underway, and the hotel will be handed over to the investor in July 2023.
