Hotel Hyatt Regency Zadar Maraska will function within the Regency brand of the Hyatt International Group and will be the first hotel under the said brand in Croatia.
The renovation of the iconic building is carried out with the investment of the group Dogus who is the owner of various hotels such as Hyatt Regency in Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria and Serbia, Grand Hyatt Istanbul and Hyatt House Istanbul Gebze, but the Croatian hotel is going to be the third property owned by Dogus that will be run by Hyatt.
Restoration takes place at the historic building of former factory Maraska once the liqueur Maraschino producer headquarters in Zadar. It was built in the early 20th century and is located right at the beach, not far from the old city centre Kalelarga. The interior of 133 spacious rooms, spa and wellness excels in elegant design, but the hotel will also have conference and meeting rooms that will make an additional contribution to development of conference tourism in Zadar. Room designs were carried out by the designer house De Salles & Flint from London, with which we have collaborated in the past.
In December we set up a model room in Stilles and now we have signed a contract for the implementation of the complete room work. We will manufacture and deliver all fitted and free-standing furniture as well as room and fire-resistant doors.
The project must be finished in September 2024.
