We recently signed a contract to equip the Marriott Autograph Collection Abastumani hotel in Georgia.
The five-star hotel will operate under the Marriott International Autograph Collection franchise, with a total investment of $76 million.
It is a newly built building, with a total of 150 rooms, located in a wooded landscape. It will offer its own spa, swimming pool, restaurant, conference hall, and a rooftop terrace with a 360-degree aerial panorama. The hotel is surrounded by 20,000 square meters of land, and its total area will be 30,000 square meters. The architecture of the building consists of an alpine facade, which blends well with the existing landscape. Textures of glass, wood, and stone will be used.
Located in the resort of Abastumani, a small town in the Samtskhe-Javakheti region of Georgia, famous for its hot sulfur baths and favourable climate, the resort is known both domestically and internationally.
The hotel design project was prepared by the renowned English studio Dexter Moren Associates with a character of the local area. As a partner, Stilles will take care of the production and installation of interior fittings, hotel entrance doors, upholstered furniture, the execution of technical documentation, and coordination with other contractors on site.
Our company has already made a sample room for this project in the past. The hotel is scheduled to open at the end of 2025.
