It is a new 49-storey hotel in the centre of Frankfurt Trade Fair and will be the tallest building in Frankfurt.
The hotel is part of the NH Hotel Group and is a multinational hotel company based in Madrid that operates over 350 hotels in 28 countries. Since 2018, NH Hotel Group has been part of Minor Hotels, one of the fastest growing hospitality companies. In 2019, the group generated revenues of approximately USD 4.6 billion.
As a partner, Stilles will takes care of the execution of the Presidential Apartment, the furnishing of 374 rooms and the SKYBAR (part of the public works) on the top floor of the hotel. In addition to producing and supplying all the interior fittings and free-standing furniture, Stilles also installs vinyl flooring and carpets (12,000 m2 in total), applies wall and ceiling wallpaper, paints door frames and door leaves, and carries out all other necessary painting work. Tiling work in bathrooms has recently been added to the range of services.
The company is certified by the German Quality Seal Nachhaltiges Bauen, system variant DGNB MIX new office – and administration building/hotel, version 2015 (MIX2015). This means that at Stilles we are only allowed to use, install, and deliver certified materials. We manufacture furniture under the auspices of the PEFC certificate.
The interior design was created by Madrid studio RLH (Rafael de la Hoz) and development participation of our team of architects and engineers.
