We began installing the interior equipment and doors at Austria Trend Hotel Bosei in Vienna.
The 4-star hotel is located in the green recreational area Wienerberg, just a short distance from the city centre. The hotel is part of the Austria Trend Hotels brand (managed by Vienna-based Verkehrsbuero Hotellerie GmbH) and specialises in city and business travel.
The franchise is present in Central Europe and has 25 hotels in the greater Vienna area and a further 7 in the Austrian capitals of Salzburg, Graz, Linz and Innsbruck. The group also includes a resort hotel in Tyrol and a hotel in Ljubljana. Austria Trend hotels offer everything that can be expected from a modern, top-class hotel.
During the renovation, the hotel building is closed and will not operate. The renovation includes 195 rooms and 7 suites. We are currently performing the installation of furniture and the entrance doors on the 3rd and 4th floors. We are also installing fire resistant interior wood doors of our own manufacture. Fire resistance, sound insulation and climate resistance are the most important requirements for the hotel doors, without compromising the comfortable and safe feeling of the guests.
The building was awarded the “Austrian Ecolabel”.
The interior design was made sustainable by using different materials – wood, metal, plastic. Based on the cooperation with the client and the design house WOLF REICHT ARCHITECTS in the development phases, we further prepared the complex technical documentation, time schedule and plans for the complete interior design of the hotel.
The hotel will be handed over for use by August 2021.
