Due to the diversity of the work, the project is very complex. Stilles as the main contractor conducts the execution of demolishing- and concrete works, complete renovation of hardware- and electrical installations and various final construction works. We will also carry out the laying of wooden floors, production and installation of doors, fit-out and FF&E furniture. The works are to be completed by the end of this year.

The interior design was prepared by the Moscow architectural office of Alexander Krivitski with the development support of our architects and engineers.
In this way Stilles continues its development towards mastering the development and execution of hotel projects where the most demanding works are an integral part of the execution.
