In Stilles we have started the renovation of the family resort Diadora Petrčane, which belongs to the well-known Falkensteiner hotel chain.
The Falkensteiner Hotels & Residences franchise is one of the largest in the Alpe Adria region. They are present in seven European countries with 27 four- and five-star hotels, 2 apartment complexes and a premium campsite.
This time, the complete renovation of the hotel will be carried out in cooperation with Atellior – the Zagreb studio for architecture and interior design, which has extensive international experience in designing hotel interiors. As part of the complex renovation, Stilles will act as the general contractor for the necessary demolition work, laying of screeds, waterproofing, ceramics, drywall and painting, flooring in 250 rooms and corridors, as well as the supply and installation of all furniture and decorative lighting. The renovation of the ventilation system and electrical installations is also part of our scope of work.
