In Stilles, we successfully renovated the Presidential Suite in Sheraton Zagreb Hotel, which boasts 5 stars located in the centre of Zagreb.
Modern design and all technical solutions are the result of our experienced in-house team of architects and a team of experienced execution experts. In the development phases, we proposed technical solutions to the investor, which enabled implementation in the planned budget.
Besides preparing the project design and value engineering, we also carried out the implementation works on the site. The entire set of works included demolition works, renovation of installations (electrical, plumbing), flooring, dry assembly and painting works, supply of complete sanitary equipment and accessories, ceramics, door construction and production and installation of all furniture. We also took care of all the lighting and the supply of artworks, curtains and other decorations.
The furniture boasts our innovations such as the innovative Re:NEW technological coating, which is scratch resistant and details in the look of patinated brass. Some other luxury hotels, such as the Marriott Luxury Collection in Budapest, are already equipped with these Stilles innovations.
This is the first occasion where we have also prepared an interior design project for one of Marriott´s franchises, which we are very proud of.
