The new eight-storey building is located just ten kilometres northwest from Frankfurt, in Eschborn. A new H+ Hotel includes 215 rooms, a restaurant on the ground floor and a fitness centre in the basement which will be built on an area of 2,500 square metres.
The hotel belongs to one of the largest German hotel chains, H-hotels. The latter owns 79 hotels in Central Europe, and it is one of the largest hotel operators in the Central European region. The group offers more than 9,600 rooms and employs 2,500 people. It combines the following brands: Hyperion, H4 Hotels, H2 Hotels, H+ Hotels, H.ostels and H.omes.
In the specific case of the new project, it is a new building, and the first construction works started in July 2021, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2023. The building will be certified with the LEED Gold certificate. In practise, this means that all standards for the design, construction, and maintenance of the buildings in an environmentally friendly manner have been observed.
LEED promotes an integrated approach to sustainability by recognising achievements in key areas such as design innovation, indoor environment quality, reduced environmental impact, optimal construction, and lower operating costs, among many others.
At Stilles, we take care of the production and installation of the complete interior equipment, both for the rooms and the public areas of the building. The interior design for the hotel was created by the established design studio Unykat from Austria, which specialises mainly in the field of interior design in gastronomy and hotel industry.
We will complete the work in May 2023.
