We agreed to build and equip a ten-room boutique hotel in one of the most beautiful and popular cycling destinations in Slovenia – Rogla.
The two-storey building with an area of approximately 2,000 m2 will be constructed from CLT panels produced in Stilles – a sustainable building material that allows faster and more environmentally friendly construction. Up to 40% of the materials installed in the hotel will come from sustainable sources, reflecting the investor’s commitment to sustainable development and reducing the carbon footprint. The project is also supported by a grant from the Ministry of Economy, Tourism and Sport of the Republic of Slovenia.
400 m3 of CLT panels combined with a steel structure will be installed in the modern building, which is intended for all lovers of cycling, nature and active leisure. We will carry out the entire construction of the building, the construction of the roof and most of the final construction work, as well as the interior design of the building.
The architectural design was prepared by Studio Žveplan from Celje, the interior design was prepared by Stilles.
