The hotel will be situated in Vienna’s 2nd district, in the vibrant and historically rich Karmeliterviertel area – perfectly balanced between the pulse of the city and the desire for tranquillity.
As the main contractor for furniture and interior furnishings, we are committed to complete all works by the agreed deadline: the end of March 2026.
Hotel Schani City will offer 126 rooms and family suites, along with modern services such as self-check-in, a 24-hour reception, and amenities for guests seeking a contemporary urban stay with the comfort of a relaxing oasis (source: schanihotels.com).
The Vienna-based architectural studio AllesWirdGut Architektur designed the interiors using natural materials and clean lines, drawing inspiration from desert oases to create an atmosphere of relaxed living in an urban environment.
