Work has commenced in the rooms of the new Hotel Marjan in Split

At Stilles, we have commenced work on the rooms of the new five-star Hotel Marjan in Split, one of the most important tourism projects currently underway in Croatia.

The new hotel is being developed on the site of the former Hotel Marjan on Split’s western waterfront. The project represents the largest renovation in the building’s history and one of the largest investments in Croatian tourism in recent years. Upon completion, the hotel will feature 285 rooms and suites, as well as modern hospitality, wellness, and dining facilities.

The architectural concept for the renovation was developed by the 3LHD studio, which preserves the recognizable silhouette of the original building while enhancing it with a contemporary approach. The interior design has been entrusted to the renowned Italian studio Lissoni & Partners.

Stilles is responsible for furnishing the guest rooms and parts of the public areas. The start of works marks an important milestone for the project and confirms the trust that international investors place in our expertise, in-house manufacturing capabilities, and ability to deliver demanding hospitality projects. The contract includes the production of high-end bespoke furniture and finishing elements that will help shape the new identity of one of the most anticipated hotels in the region.

We are proud to be part of a project that will significantly influence the future development of tourism in Split and Croatia.
