Two-Storey House in Croatia
The house in Horvati, Croatia, was developed in collaboration with our partner Modular Living and built from CLT panels manufactured at Stilles –where timber construction begins with precision.
In-house production enables high-quality prefabrication, consistent standards, and exceptionally fast on-site assembly. The Stilles CLT system ensures stable, energy-efficient structures, with full control over the entire process – from timber selection to the finished building. When the foundation is right, the project runs smoothly.

The interior ceiling is executed in visible quality, adding warmth and natural character to the space.
